After your birth all you need to do is place the TENS machine, lead wires and lanyard back in the pink mailer and attach your reply paid label and drop it in to your nearest Aus Post office! Easy!

I hired the TENS for my birth and it was such a massive help. I used the machine while labouring at home up to the point I got into the birthing pool at the hospital. I hadn’t realised how intense my contractions had gotten until my water broke at home and we had to race to the hospital. I used gas and air in the pool and had my beautiful baby girl 1 hour later. Will be using the TENS for my future births as it really takes the edge off and is an effective non-pharmacological form of pain management.

I didn't get to use the machine at all as my contractions came on hard and fast and I was in the pool for a water birth after a long period of what I thought was braxton hicks (in hindsight, they were contractions). I will say, however, the ordering and return process was seamless and one less bit of admin to worry about!
