As far in advance as you like! We recommend ordering your TENS machine to arrive around 36 weeks of pregnancy. Just use the calendar to work out the dates you need.
Yes! please contact info@hatchlingstore.com.au and we will check availability. Also be sure to select express shipping when making your purchase.
All hires include paid return postage. You will receive a reply paid Aus Post label in your order. Simply attach the return label to the mailer bag you received your order in, pop everything into the mailer bag and pop it into any Australia Post box or office. We will contact you once we have received your device and confirm that it is in working order. If the device is not returned to Hatchling within two weeks of the hire period and after we have contacted you with a gentle reminder Hatchling Store reserves the right to charge the full retail price of $235 to the hirer, the device will then become yours.
You will need to organise your own return postage if you misplace your return label, please contact us via email at info@hatchlingstore.com.au and we will provide a return address.
These things happen to the best of us. Hatchling Store expects any damage or loss to be paid for at the full retail cost of $250 as per the terms and conditions of hire.
Unfortunately not. It is your choice whether or not to use your device once you have hired it. As per our Terms and Conditions we will not provide a refund unless there is damage or fault with our products. This includes the unfortunate circumstances of forgetting to bring it to hospital or not having time to put in on.
Due to the nature of the products sold/hired by Hatchling Store we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges. However, if an item you receive is damaged or faulty please contact info@hatchlingstore.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can issue a replacement or refund.
Once an order is dispatched we can not accept cancellations.
No. It is not the purpose of the TENS to take away your pain. It is there to provide distraction and relief.
No. You are not permitted to let anyone other than yourself use our devices, if so you will be charged a second hire fee.
The Hatchling Store reminds you to please consult with your chosen healthcare provider prior to using any products to be sure that they are right for you. Hatchling Store has carefully selected natural and organic products manufactured by a range of Australian suppliers. All products are thoroughly inspected by The Hatchling Store when received however liability of any fault within the product lies with the supplier.
As much as we can be! We use home compostable mailers, eco friendly packaging wrap and labels where possible. Please contact info@hatchlingstore.com.au if you have any suggestions on how we can improve on our environmental footprint!
