Where is Hatchling. based?
Hatchling is run from our family home in Melbourne. We are a small family unit working from home currently living under stage 4 COVID-19 restrictions.

How does COVID-19 affect Hatchling.?
- Hatchling. is a small business run from home with little to no outside interaction so the chance of a family member contracting the virus is extremely low.
- During this time delays in shipping may be expected however, you will receive tracking information to keep you updated.
Elle TENS+ Hire
- All equipment is thoroughly cleaned using a medical grade disinfectant.
- Electrodes, batteries and carry bags are supplied new to each customer.
- According to experts COVID-19 is said to only survive on plastic surfaces for a maximum of 21 hours, therefore leaving ample time between customers returning their machines, receiving the return and going through our cleaning/testing process before being sent off to the next lucky mamma.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of the products sold/hired by Hatchling. we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges. However, if an item you receive is damaged or faulty please contact info@hatchlingstore.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can issue a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel my order?
It is up to Hatchling.'s discretion whether or not we accept an order cancellation. If your order has not yet been processed we can issue a refund. If your order has already been processed and shipped unfortunately we will not accomodate a cancellation. Please contact info@hatchlingstore.com.au.

Are your products right for me?
Hatchling reminds you to please consult with your chosen healthcare provider prior to using any products to be sure that they are right for you. Hatchling. has carefully selected natural and organic products manufactured by a range of Australian suppliers. All products are thoroughly inspected by Hatchling. when received however liability of any fault within the product lies with the supplier. 

Is Hatchling. eco-friendly?
As much as we can be! We have chosen to use Sendle, which operates as a carbon neutral delivery service for all orders. We use home compostable mailers, eco friendly packaging wrap and labels. If we have to send our order in a box we try to use recycled boxes, recently we sent out an order in a box we had received a children's' toy in! (we'll put our sticker on the box so that you know it's from us).
Everything else has been chosen to be re-used or re-cycled. Please contact info@hatchlingstore.com.au if you have any suggestions on how we can improve on our environmental footprint!
