Hatchling Store has made labour TENS hire easy and convenient for you!

While we’re based in Melbourne, we ship our Elle TENS Plus device all over Australia. That means wherever you are, help is on the way, especially if you booked ahead of time.

Speaking of booking ahead of time, we highly advise to schedule the arrival of your Elle TENS Plus around the 36th week of your pregnancy. Also keep in mind that you have to account for the delivery time of the Aus Post when making your booking.

So what’s in the box?

For your Elle TENS Plus Hire, you get the following included in the bag. Yes, everything is put in a lovely organic cotton drawstring bag that you can keep:

  • Elle TENS Plus device
  • 1 set of electrodes
  • 2 lead wires
  • 1 lanyard
  • 2 brand-new AA batteries
  • An instruction card
  • Reply paid Aus Post label for easy, hassle-free returns
  • and a FREE Hatchling birth comb

Booking a TENS Hire

Booking for a TENS hire is very simple. Just specify the date you want to get your Elle TENS Plus device. Our recommendation is to place your order around  4 weeks before your due date. You also get two options for the length of the TENS hire: 6 or 8 weeks. We will endeavour to deliver your TENS device ON or AROUND the selected date. Please note that the selected “dispatch date” is the beginning of the TENS device hire. Depending on the selected Hire Period, both options (6 weeks or 8 weeks hire) give you plenty of time to acquaint yourself with the device.

Included in the labour TENS hire is a paid return postage. We expect that the device will be returned 2 weeks after the Hire Period (unless otherwise agreed in writing) in the same condition that you have received it. You’re not required to return the electrode pads. And yes, you can keep the drawstring bag that came with the Elle TENS Plus device. Just pack them all in pink mailer and attach the reply paid label onto it, drop it to your nearest Aus Post office/box, and that’s it!
