How Pregnancy Contraction Timer Works

A pregnancy contraction timer tracks, times, and counts contractions when activated or triggered. The timer measures the frequency and duration of contractions, indicating which stage of labour you’re experiencing. This makes it easy for you to log or take note of the intensity of each contraction.

Because the pregnancy contraction timer is already a feature of the Elle TENS Plus, using it for your contraction is easy. As mentioned above, pushing the BOOST button and holding it will automatically activate the timer, recording the Contraction Time (CT) in seconds. Once contraction has passed, releasing the BOOST button will trigger the Between Contraction Time (BCT) which measures the time between contractions. Repeat the process to record your contractions.

If you want to recall a list of your contraction history, that’s also possible with Elle TENS Plus. You can do this without interrupting the device’s functionality. Switching off the device, however, will lose the contraction history. That said, using this feature is very easy. That’s what makes the Elle TENS Plus a bestseller—because it’s very user friendly.
