My labour went from 0-100 really quickly and this was my only form of pain management! I found it extremely helpful and helped me manage my labour pain! Highly recommend!

Tayla provided excellent customer service in the lead up and after the return of the TENS machine. The delivery of the product was timely and ensured I felt confident in the weeks before my due date. I unfortunately didn’t get to use the TENS machine during my labour and birth, but the experience with Hatchling Store outside of this was great.

I had a natural posterior birth and the TENs machine got my through my 12hr labour. Tayla provided an amazing service, with easy to follow instructions. The control the TENs machine gave me during labour was amazing. Could not recommend the utilisation of the TENs and Taylor’s service more.

Hired the TENs Machines for 4 weeks and was very happy with the service. Very prompt delivery considering I booked over the Xmas and New Year break. Everything came packaged in a beautiful reusable bag and I also received a free labour comb which I found very helpful when used with the TENs during labour. Return was super easy too - shipping label was provided and all I needed to do was put in back in the mailer in came in and drop it to the post box. Would definitely recommend and use this service again

10/10 would recommend hiring a TENS machine from Tayla - I was able to have the unmedicated labour I was hopeful for with the help of the TENS machine. There is a lot to think about before labour, but Tayla's process was so easy - from ordering, receiving and returning!

During labor, the TENS machine was a lifesaver! The gentle pulses provided a welcome distraction from the contractions, helping me manage the pain and stay focused. It wasn't a complete pain eliminator, but it definitely took the edge off and gave me a sense of control. I highly recommend it to other moms-to-be!

I hired the TENS for my birth and it was such a massive help. I used the machine while labouring at home up to the point I got into the birthing pool at the hospital. I hadn’t realised how intense my contractions had gotten until my water broke at home and we had to race to the hospital. I used gas and air in the pool and had my beautiful baby girl 1 hour later. Will be using the TENS for my future births as it really takes the edge off and is an effective non-pharmacological form of pain management.

I didn't get to use the machine at all as my contractions came on hard and fast and I was in the pool for a water birth after a long period of what I thought was braxton hicks (in hindsight, they were contractions). I will say, however, the ordering and return process was seamless and one less bit of admin to worry about!

The Hatchling had available TENS machines where many other suppliers didn’t and provided excellent communications about my order and instructions about how to use the device. The TENS machine was easy to use and valuable for early pain management in my labour.
